Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Madd Kitchen, we take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order charcuterie for every occasion—whether it's a solo snack, a wedding grazing table, or a wholesale batch for your storefront. Because our offerings are fresh and perishable, we follow the guidelines below to keep things fair for both our customers and our kitchen.
 

INDIVIDUAL ORDERS (Boxes, Boards & Cups)

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before pickup or delivery are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations 48–72 hours in advance qualify for a 50% refund or full store credit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, as ingredients will have already been purchased and prep may be underway.

EVENTS & CATERING (Parties, Weddings, Corporate Orders)

  • 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Final headcount and payment due 7 days before your event.

  • Cancellations 7+ days before the event: Eligible for a 75% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit).

  • Cancellations within 7 days: Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued due to prep and sourcing costs.

  • Reschedules may be accommodated based on availability—please reach out as soon as possible!
     

PRE-ORDERS (Holiday Specials, Seasonal Launches)

  • All pre-orders are final sale unless canceled at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Orders canceled 48–72 hours in advance are eligible for store credit only.

  • No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery.
     

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

  • Orders must be placed with at least 5 business days’ notice.

  • Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance: Full refund or order credit.

  • Cancellations within 48–72 hours: 50% refund or credit.

  • No refunds or credits for cancellations within 48 hours.

  • Any quality or delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for credit or resolution.
     

Order Issues

If there’s ever an issue with your order—damaged packaging, missing items, or anything else—please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us!
