How do I place an order?

How much notice do you need for an order?

We typically require at least 48 hours notice, but last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We currently offer delivery for our boards only within 15 miles of our store location for an additional fee.

$30 fee for Delivery Only. $50 fee for Delivery & Set-Up.

We typically do not offer delivery on our smaller boxes. If you require delivery, please contact us to discuss and make arrangements.

How should I store my charcuterie board/box?

Keep it refrigerated until about 30 minutes before serving for the best taste and texture.

For the larger boards that may not fit in your refrigerator, keep in the provided cooler bag for as long as possible before serving

Are your boards eco-friendly?

We use biodegradable or reusable trays and packaging whenever possible to minimize waste.

How long can the food sit out? 

Food on a Grazing Table , Board or Box can be left out for up to 4 hours at room temperature after which time it must be disposed of.

If you are outside and it is a particularly hot day this time will need to be reduced. 

Will you use images from our event on your social media pages/ website?

Yes, unless you explicitly ask us not to use any images taken from your event.

Do you provide tables or tablecloths?

No, we do not supply tables. A suitable table/surface must be provided. We do not provide table clothes. We do place everything on food safe grease proof brown paper directly on the table so a tablecloth is not needed, however., for aesthetic purposes and additional protection to surfaces, a table cloth is recommended. 

Do you supply plates, cutlery and napkins?

We do supply serving tongs for the boards and boxes. Serving utensils will be provided on the Grazing tables.

Guest-use utensils, plates and napkins will not be included, but can be added at an additional cost. 

How long do you need to set up a Grazing Table?

If you have booked a Grazing Table we will need 1-3 hours to get your table set up, styled and ready for your guests, depending on the size of your event​

Boards are already styled and ready to be eaten straight away.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. We also have current food hygiene and health and safety training
